Fellowship Entertainment. Gamesindustry.biz reports that Embracer Group plans to spin off Fellowship Entertainment as its own publicly listed company.
UWOTC-CWA. Kotaku reports that Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro have hired Fisher Philips to represent them in union matters, and sent letters to staff to try and pressure them against joining the union.
