Everyone is talking about meditation and yet still so many don't fully understand how to do it.

There are so many benefits to a meditation practice from healing, to job creation and abundance to deeper relationships and better emotional states.

Why isn't everyone doing it? Simply because they give up too soon since they don't know what they are doing.
