Our wellbeing is only possible with bodily autonomy.   In this episode I share the story of a woman who fought for women's full autonomy in the 19th Century.   Ask yourself, am I fully being who I'm meant to be and do I know who that is, so I can take the steps to become who I want to be or should be".   May all women realize their own self expression and all men realize there is no need to feel threatened by our desire to live our life on our terms. After all, men have been living on their own terms for, well, forever.

I hope men, rather than trying to put women back in old boxes to control us, will see our fight for our autonomy as a reminder they can resist any unreasonable expectations too.
