People are very resistant to change. Remote work has been discussed for years as the coming trend but not much of it was actually done until Covid-19 forced the hand of Corporate America. Turns out it works pretty well; companies can save a bundle on sharing office space, employees don't have to commute anymore. The new normal? We'll see.
