Join us as we explore the effect that kindness and altruism has on our wellbeing. While it may sound obvious, in this world, it sometimes feels like we need a refresher. 

The satisfaction of helping someone else and really making a difference gives us perspective, elevates our feelings of gratitude and builds positivity.

Somehow, it’s the moments where people randomly help us and show us kindness, particularly when we least expect it, that we remember long after the event.
