In Series 3, listeners will hear how IWU Athletics is attempting to flip the world’s vision of leadership upside-down by pursuing Kingdom greatness through discipleship. The terminology in each program may be different and the application may change, but the coaches at IWU believe that putting 'Mission In Action' by pursuing God 1st and others 2nd is a powerful way to live and to lead in any context.

1st Half (1:56)-Coach Caleb Snyder joins to take listeners inside his leadership style and the process of instilling a Christ-focused mentality on a large team.

2nd Half (18:43)-Senior Chad Ellens and Junior Kendra Frieden share about the team's retreat to North Carolina.

Overtime (29:24)-AD Mark DeMichael talks about the importance for a leader to create intentional shared experiences for a team to grow in unity.
