Journeying with ayahuasca was one of the hardest, scariest, most courageous things I've ever done to date. In this episode, I share the light, the dark, and everything in between. I knew for a long time I was going to work with this medicine eventually, and I finally followed the call. I explain in detail what all three of my journeys were like, what I learned from them, and how I feel now that I'm back home.
