The Law Of Attraction is based on the idea that everything in the universe is interconnected, and made up of vibrational energy. The more that you are able to tune into that vibrational frequency, the more likely you will experience that particular manifestation. It's based on the principle of "like attracts like." A common misconception is the idea that as long as you just focus on whatever it is you're trying to manifest, then it'll just magically appear one day. Don't get me wrong... from experience, that Has happened... however the Law Of Attraction isn't always that simple.

Most of the time once you are able to tune into the energetic frequency of that which would like to manifest, then you will begin to clearly see the actionable steps you need to take to actually reach your ideal outcome. Almost as if you were walking in the fog and then once you tune in, a path is cleared for you. Resources will show up out of nowhere, people will say things that resonate with you and give you new perspectives, opportunities become available, and all with a sense of ease and you just know that this is the direction you are meant to take, there is no doubt. Anyone can practice using the Law Of Attraction. I invite you, especially if you don't necessarily believe in all of this woo woo magical realm stuff, to just try it out.


3 Ways To Try Out The Law Of Attraction:

  1. Get Excited: If you'd like to manifest something quickly, this will require a certain level of enthusiastic gratitude. Think of the specifics of what would like to manifest and write them down. As you write it down say to yourself how excited you are to finally have/do/be _______. Keep your note somewhere where you will see it multiple times a day and each time you even see it in the corner of your eye, take a pause and energetically send gratitude towards whatever it is, using the mindset that it already exists in your reality.
  2. Meditate: Write down the specifics of what it is you would like to manifest, and meditate on it for at least 10 minutes for 30 days. Read what you wrote out loud before each meditation and envision yourself experiencing what life will look like once you finally have/do/become whatever it is you are trying to manifest.
  3. Believe It's Possible: If you have any doubts that it's possible or that you're worthy of receiving it, then you are creating a counter pull which tunes you into the frequency of not receiving what it is you would like to manifest. Almost like using a placebo, you can use tools like affirmations to convince your mind that it IS possible. When you fully believe in something, it's more likely to occur. Using these affirmations daily can help re-train your brain to see the possibilities rather than the reasons why it's not possible. Listening to them on repeat (Link Below) can enhance your meditation practice as well.

  4. *Note: I never recommend something that hasn't worked for me in the past. These are practices that I use regularly and that have 100% worked for me in the past and still do. I'd love to hear any and all success stories. It always amazes me what can happen when we just shift our energy in the slightest.
