Here’s a simple practice to break the "compare and despair" cycle and transform comparison into growth:

  1. Notice when you're comparing yourself to others and how it makes you feel.
  2. Ground yourself by taking a few deep breaths and acknowledge your emotions.
  3. Shift your mindset by using others’ experiences as inspiration for your own growth instead of self-criticism.
  4. Remember, comparison isn't inherently bad—it's your intention behind it that matters. Choose growth over self-doubt.
