What is feeling Successful?

A lot of people equate success to how much money they're making.

Regina isn't about that though. S he equate success to: "How many lives am I making an impact in?" If she can show another woman how to go from broken to unbreakable, that is success.

Success is that ability to serve others and lift people up above you. Regina says that if you can do that, if you can serve other people, you'll receive an overflow of goodness back into your own life.

What is feeling Burnt Out?

Regina accepts that Burnt Out can mean a lot of different things, but the one common factor is the actual cause of getting burnt out; not having a plan.

By the end of the week, you're burnt out if you didn't set a plan. You could go through that SAME EXACT week with a plan, and it would feel like an accomplishment.

The Burnt Out Experience Regina's Story

Until three years ago, Regina didn't have it all together.

During that time, she was still running a successful business, but the foundation that was holding that business afloat was crumbling; that foundation was Regina herself. She was helping to impact other people's lives, but she forgot to impact her own life. She experienced depression, hurt, and her rock bottom.

Advice for you Pause/Reset

The world would have you believe you can't press that button to pause and reset, but you can.

During this time of pause, try to discover what it is you want to commit to moving forward in your life. Once you've found out what that thing or things are, put systems in place to make that happen.

Get Clear

Make a plan.

Not just in your professional life with daily, weekly, monthly tasks and goal, but also in your personal life. Schedule time to recharge and take care of the foundation that holds your life up: YOU.

Take Action

Once you've taken time to recharge, you've made a plan, it's now time to make it happen. We could recharge and plan all day, but to make your life the way you envision it, it's time to take action.

"The things in your mind don't exist until you speak it in existence, write it to affirm it, and take action to make it a reality."
