This is an episode we weren't sure we would release. Let us be clear, it's amazing. But this episode was recorded in January, before the general public had access to the vaccine. As the public got vaccinated, and many continuing to mask and social distance..  I think we were all hopeful this summer would show low COVID numbers. As time passed, we thought maybe this episode might not be relevant as many HCWs reported low or zero COVID patients on their units. Unfortunately, areas of the country with high numbers of unvaccinated communities are exploding with COVID cases.
