Be present where you are today. It is very easy for many of us to be forward-thinking, focusing on the career, the family, or the fitness level we will have in 20 years. Instead, take a moment to slow down and enjoy where you are currently. Is a memory worth having if you only looked forward to it but never experienced it? Take time every day to think about what you are doing and how you feel. Stop taking all the Snapchats. Get off Instagram and Facebook. Enjoy the time that you have with others.
