This week I talk about my difficult week with stress, low moods and OCD.

I've not talked about my OCD openly so far, but that's mainly because it doesn't affect me most days. In fact my somewhat "mild" OCD is only brought on by stress. I also talk a little about how my podcast is now a year old! Whoohoo!
