36- The 2022 Oscars Recap (The Slappening)

So, I jokingly said to Court off air last week, “Do we really need to dedicate a whole episode recapping the Oscars?” LITTLE DID I KNOW that it would quickly become one of the most talked about events in modern history, and none of it had to do with movies. HOWEVER, we do dedicate a ton of time this episode to recapping the awards, our thoughts on the nominees, and yes, we discuss the now infamous slap. Before all that, we talk that released deleted scene from “The Batman,” a new trailer for “Top Gun: Maverick,” a villain casting for the Blue Beetle movie and Ezra Miller once again finding himself in trouble *sigh* After that enjoy our deep dive in recapping and reviewing the 2022 Academy Awards!
