While taking master-level classes in Human Resource Development at the University of Houston, Nyla discovered the excitement of learning technologies in an e-Learning class. She made the decision, then and there, and dedicated her career to the future of learning. Nyla runs her own business designing learning experiences, and she is a co-founder and learning experience designer at Design for Humanity - a collective pairing professionals to collaborate on real-world projects advocating for equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
