Chris Spear is the chef and owner of Perfect Little Bites, an in-home personal chef business, and the host of the Chefs Without Restaurants podcast. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in culinary arts, and has been working in the foodservice industry for almost 30 years.⁣

In this episode, we chat about how Chris cooked his way from Burger King to high-end retirement homes and now upscale dining experiences in people’s homes. We discuss cultural appropriation in cooking, what IKEA offers besides furniture and meatballs, and how physical and mental health are really one and the same.⁣
