Van talks about various levels of universe manifestation including: the 7 Superuniverses, the 7 Master Spirits, God the Sevenfold, and the Divine Mind. The Divine Mind is a very important aspect of Divine Administration as it grants confirmation to discernment. Godly authority and discernment of the soul begins with humility and clarity of purpose.
