Kelsey Smith was a fun and bright young woman, with a great sense of humor and a million after school activities. She was on her way to college with the goal of joining the marching band program at Kansas State University. Everything was going great for Kelsey, until June 2, 2007 when she went shopping at the local Target and never came home. Then, about 4 hours after Kelsey was last seen, her car was found at the Macy’s nearby, abandoned, with all of her belongings, including the items she had just purchased t the Target.
