In this episode I talk to 10 year high level nutrition coach, Mike Millner, who is the author of The Personality Diet. He has a gift for understanding the psychological and physiological needs of his clients, which has led to thousands of success stories. His personality based approach with an emphasis on mindset has been featured in many top rated publications and podcasts. We discuss how people can succeed a lot more in diet and exercise when they choose a program that’s catered to their personality type rather than just choosing something based on someone else’s recommendation.

“We’ve all known that individual who’s like, really fit, but they don’t eat all that well and they don’t sleep that much, and you’re like, ‘How did they…?’ They kinda hit that genetic lottery and can get away with it. When you’re dealing with somebody who’s more stressed out in general from a lifestyle standpoint, based off of their personality, whatever the case may be, absolutely we have to take more considerations into the equation to be able to balance that.” 17:58
