"You have to be confident in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through." Rosalynn Carter
I've been running for 3 weeks now, and I am SHOCKED at the level of mental clarity that comes about when I go on my early morning runs. When the sun has yet to peak over the horizon. Before most people have started their day. It is quiet, it is peaceful, and I'm amazing at how much I am truly loving this new skill I have developed.
But I often feel myself coming up against a wall. My wall. A wall I see over and over again in so many areas of my life.
What is your wall? And what will you do next time you find yourself up against it?
And if you feel called? Please leave a review on the podcast app. I am So grateful to all of you who have done that xo
