When comedian Tricksy Collins enters the pee soaked gates of Palsville, Mayor Ashley helps her discover she is part-vehicle. This is aided by an interruption from local ticket inspector Michael Fine (who went missing in a Thanos Snap for 2 years). Magical powers are discovered. Money is laundered. It's a good one.
