Interestingly, though we don't hear about it much, you must trust others BEFORE they'll trust you. As Lao Tzu enlightened us MANY years ago, "He who does not trust enough will not be trusted."
Trust forms the hub of the 7 Natural Principles. Without it, none of the other Principles are worth a flip.
This is true at work. At home. In every relationship and interaction.
