Yes, the alarm going off early in order for you to get up and implement a morning routine or workout is SO HARD. I am not going to sugar coat it. Sleeping is wonderful, being in bed is glorious, and it is so easy to say, "I'll do it tomorrow!" Then tomorrow comes and you never do! I have been that person.
