Military veteran Stephen Kina’s passion for barbeque took him from accountant to pitmaster faster than you can say pulled pork. Stephen was inspired by watching his father, Jason Kina, work tirelessly from line cook to earning the prestigious position of Executive Chef. He is always learning and experimenting with new ways to bring the most delicious barbeque and the best experience to the Flathead Valley. When he’s not cooking, you can find him spending time with his family or giving back to the community through his church.
