Lauren Murphy is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) black belt and UFC fighter who fights in the womens flyweight division.  She joined me to talk about how BJJ saved her from the depths of despair of drug and alcohol addiction, and how it led to a life of fulfillment, happiness and her eventual signing with the UFC.
