Most people think they know what marketing is… but they aren’t actually doing it. And those who think they hate marketing don’t even really know what it is. When we hear the word “marketing,” many of us jump straight to advertising. But that’s not right. If we think of marketing not as an activity but as a discipline, the content starts to fall into place. Once you address the beliefs behind marketing, everything else makes sense.
