37. Affirmations: 2 that are really helping me right now

Sometimes...who am I kidding? It's always easier to beat ourselves up for the smallest things rather than recognize all of our wins or all of our amazing qualities. 

Sometimes, it helps to have a little reminder when we're struggling in certain areas that we are, in fact, crushing it. Right now I have 2 affirmations that are helping me with my current struggles at work and at home.  

  1. "I am an interested, calm and patient mom."
  2. "I am in a season of growth and it is OK to be uncomfortable."


What reminders do you need? Commit to an affirmation practice to remind yourself to stop being so hard on yourself and to live into who you want to be.
