Recently I sat down with Chris Mallon, the owner of TN Whiskey Workshop We drank an old fashioned and recorded at Jane’s Hideaway in Nashville. His knowledge about whiskey and bourbon is extensive. Chris is the Nashville chapter president for the regional US Bartenders Guild.
