You might notice that today's episode has a slightly different title. Over the last couple of weeks, I've felt a nagging sense that things have got a little boring. It feels like I've been wrapped up in creating what I think you might enjoy or need and so, have lost touch with what I feel inspired to share.

This episode is my first step towards reconnecting with that – with sharing the stories, insights and ideas that I feel excited to share with you. I hope you enjoy this episode and as always, if you have any questions or thoughts you feel called to share, I would love to hear from you.
