We think it’s safe to say we’ve all been at a point in our lives where we aren’t sure what direction to go, what will fulfill us the most, or what the right thing to do is. What Jaime, and other personal growth coaches do, is listen to where we are in our current lives and help steer us in the direction that will make us the happiest. Being in tune with who you are is step one, setting goals for the sessions and what you want to get out of coaching is step two and being able to be vulnerable and true to yourself is key to get the most out of your sessions with a coach.
