Owner of @BiggerLifeAdventures, which offers yoga and adventure retreats around the world that focus on recovery and healing.
She also owns a retreat center and glamping site just outside of the Grand Canyon, called Grand Canyon Eco Retreat.
Carrie is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and an Outdoor Guide.
As you’ll hear in this episode, she’s passionate about inspiring individual healing and recovery in nature, and through her own journey with sobriety, she’s been able to create a truly aligned life and business doing what she loves.
