Today we welcome Dr. Chon Glover, a monumental fixture and change agent here at William & Mary. She came to William & Mary in 1996 from Presbyterian College and has served in myriad role in that time. Most know her as the Chief Diversity Officer, a position she has served faithfully since 2012. She has accomplished multitudes for DEI leadership in the context of higher education and it is an honor to have her on the show today.
