So many people asked me what kind of fast do I practice. There is really no wrong way to fast, but I usually start off by starving my addictions. Whether it's from emotions, food addictions, toxic food, or physical things that hold me down emotionally. In order to reboot or reset your mindset during a fast you must give yourself a chance to cleanse the body from any toxins that may be the root cause for emotional stress.
