I am so excited to introduce you to my precious friend, Whitney Voss on episode 37 of Talk with Tori!  

Whitney Voss is a licensed professional counselor and co-founder of Shreveport Counseling and Restoration Center, and she shares all about mental health and counseling.  She specializes in trauma and betrayal trauma recovery as it relates to partners who have been affected by sexual or pornography addiction.  She runs weekly groups for women who are healing from betrayal trauma.  She opens up about triggers and signs through big changes in your life that could cause mental health issues.  We learn the value of counseling, and why this is a helpful investment for your life.  We also explore the importance of learning healthy coping mechanisms and healing.
