Cassie Smith was on an episode a few weeks ago and she told me she had a friend who was an educator who I may be interested in speaking with, as well. Cassie sent me a project that Jacqueline and her students worked on called "Vote for the Future - Ballots Over Bars." It covered the importance of voting and the consequences of systemic racism for Black students. Jacqueline is passionate about educating her students and empowering them to be the change they want to see in the world.

I spoke with Cassie and Jacqueline about this and more in today's episode. I really was amazed by their graciousness and hopefulness they have for our society, while calling out issues where they need to be called out. I can't think of two better people to have this kind of discussion with.
