Today’ s topic of the podcast “She thrives” with Stef Barti

I recently attended my first women’s circle and oh my!

What an experience. So today I talk about the experience and bring up different topics.

This episode isn’t scripted. I recorded this in the thick of the moment only 10 minutes after the online women circle ended.

We got to explore impermanence, how we need to be more comfortable with ending. There can’t be any new beginnings with endings. 

I also got exposed to ancient sacred rituals and spirituality

This only reaffirms the importance of having women space where we can be vulnerable and share . Then we see how much connected we are all 🫶🏾
