A quote by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.--“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” Are we using what we have to help people FLY? Do our policies, culture, curriculums, lesson plans and practices help ALL people fly, or just the ones that look like us, live like us, believe like we believe?
