In order to move like a boss, a hustler has to block out the noise and not let drama, gossip, negativity, or haters slow us down. We only have so much energy to give, and that energy needs to be spent grinding, growing, and with our loved ones. Everything else is simply a distraction. To become the best women bosses we can, we’ve learned that keeping drama out of our lives isn’t a preference but a must, as it can slow our progress to a halt. It’s become crucial to learn how to squash drama before it leaks into other areas in our life.
