The Magical Congress of the United States of America or simply call the MACUSA, is the equivalent to the Ministry of Magic in Britian. The MACUSA makes all the laws and regulations in the United States for witches and wizards. The MACUSA does have some laws built different than the Ministry of Magic which we will dive into in this episode.
