Natialia's advice for single parents: Breath, ask for help, make self care - even it's just a few minutes a day - but make it a priority. Remember that you are valuable, your feelings and life matter and when you focus on fun, and appreciating all the things that are going well - no matter how small they may seem - they help keep your energy in the higher and more positive frequency.
