Over the past 6 months, I've tried both personal therapy (1:1 sessions) and group therapy (sessions with 10 women and 1 therapist) for the first time. In this episode, I share why I decided to start therapy, the dynamics of both experiences and a summary of what I learned from both. These past 6 months have been extremely transformational which is why I'm so eager to share this with you!
The group therapy/coaching I did was Made for This with Brittainy Noel. She was featured on the Dear Future Wifey podcast and she was phenomenal. From there I was sold. :)
The daily meditation I mentioned is Go(o)d Mornings with CurlyNikki

Perfectly Whole Podcast inspires and encourages women of faith. The focus is never on what we lack, but on what we have – which is infinite love and provision in God. The goal of every episode is to reassure and remind women of all kinds that God has made us perfectly whole! ~Matthew 14:36~
