Amanda is a certified and trauma-trained mindfulness, emotional intelligence, somatics coach working specifically with parents, children and women. She is a nervous system authority, working with Unyte Integrated Listening to deliver their Safe and Sound Protocol for nervous system regulation. She is also a trained Myofascial Energetic Release bodyworker, and offers in person appointments in East Sussex, UK. She supports many different family and individual needs including trauma, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and more.
