What a monthly money date is and how you can incorporate it into your own routine is by essentially carving out a time in your calendar where you meet every single month and review your financial position. It's not just about saying "hey how are we doing?" or "What's in our bank account?" But going through some actual questions that give it structure and give it some continuity so that month after month you can review your monthly money date. This is something that is really going to help you facilitate healthy conversations about money going forward.
