We all have her. The mean girl voice in our head that holds us back... that keeps us from trying... that plays on our fears. We cant succumb to her charm, no matter how right we might feel she could be at times. We have to press on, keep showing up and do the damn things that make an impact not only on our own lives but in the loves of all those that follow the leader!
