The stories we have been told, and the experiences we have had, or that we watched others have, all inform our beliefs. Some of these beliefs live in the shadows, and they tell us that we are unworthy, not good enough, always alone, lacking, or invisible. The good news is that these shadow beliefs are not who we have truly come here to be. Our true nature is joy, love, strength, life, and compassion - to name a few! Join me this Sunday as we explore the shadow and who we have truly come here to be.
