Schuyler grew up obsessed with lifting weights. He used it to lose weight and build confidence. In high school and college, he suffered from extreme social anxiety but was able to pull himself out through healthy habits. He loves everything about health, and his mission is to help men push harder and become better versions of themselves.
In this episode we talked a lot about the mindset, to act based on purpose not on fear and what immense power your thoughts have on your behaviour and your general mood.
My personal take-away from this episode was certainly “act based on purpose not on fear” since it is too often the case that I don’t do things because it’s scary and I forget about my purpose. So, this was a great insight and a reminder of this.
