Kaitlyn and Heather discuss the lyrics to the song, Blessed Up by Wande. Wande is a Nigerian American Hip Hop artist and the first woman to be signed to Reach Records.  

Kaitlyn shares about what bearing fruit means in the biblical sense and refers to Galatians 5:22-23 that says, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."   

Heather and Kaitlyn also talk about what it means to rely on God's help instead of doing things in our own strength.
