In our 38th episode of 'The Pyramid' Scottish football podcast, Kenny Crawford is joined by Stenhousemuir striker Dale Carrick.

Dale lists Hearts, Livingston, Airdrieonians and Stirling Albion as some of his former clubs, but at the moment he's eager to help Stenny to promotion to the Championship, especially since the Warriors have never featured in the second tier of Scottish football.

But there's also the small matter of Scottish Cup fifth round weekend coming, and Stenhousemuir host local rivals Falkirk in what should be a really tasty tie.
