I went for a deep tissue massage with Megan Luckin today, and apart from avoiding the knee directly, asked her to have no mercy - since I had significant muscle pain that was keeping me awake (not the knee!)

After her massage I was pretty feeling amazed how instantly better it felt and I was even able to do this... I almost cried I was so happy!
