38. Dear Me.. This is my grief letter

This week Randalynn and Vicki dive into writing a letter to yourself and letting some of the grief you feel for your past self go. 

Allow yourself to feel all the things and get them out - there are no right or wrong things to say, this is how you are feeling. These are YOUR FEELINGS and it is YOUR LOSS.  

Some things you may want to say to your former self:

"you were incredible and I loved how..."

"there are days I still wish I was able to..."

"I'm angry because this isn't fair!" (yes, I said it, it's not fair).

As you go through this process things may come to mind that you didn't even realize were lingering, that you'd buried deep down - let it out, it’s okay!
